The displayed ishSmile offer is £125 per appointment, reduced from the usual £175; check the total shown for your chosen booking. Do not assume that a selected slot is confirmed until you receive confirmation from the booking service or team.

Ask the team about payment, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, late arrival, and anything else that affects your decision before confirming. Check the conditions that apply to your chosen appointment. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Suitability and expectations

Visit your chosen London pharmacy for product-use guidance. You apply the whitening product yourself while a team member explains the product instructions.

Our team explains product instructions and answers booking questions. We do not assess dental suitability, diagnose conditions or give personalised dental advice. Allow around 30 minutes for a visit; this is an approximate appointment duration, not a product application time. Follow the product instructions and warnings. Seek independent dental advice about suitability or concerns before deciding.

Results vary with your teeth, starting colour, and the product used. Whitening does not change the colour of crowns, veneers, or fillings. A specific shade change is not promised. Photographs used for lifestyle and editorial purposes are not evidence of a customer's result.
